◆ Therapist Selection
Therapist selection is not available for appointments at our spa. Choosing a specific therapist is an exclusive privilege reserved for members.
◆ Included Amenities
Every service includes a warm welcome, access to a shower before and after your massage, along with fresh towels for your body, hair and hands.
◆ Appointment Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. For prepaid outcall services, refunds cannot be issued when the cancellation is made after this time limit.
