1. General Terms
Use of the website mensritualmassage.gr (the Website) and the booking of any service through it, or through phone or email communication, constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use by the visitor, user or customer (the Customer). The business reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with such changes taking effect upon publication on the Website.
Access to the services is permitted exclusively to adults aged 18 and over. The business reserves the right to request proof of age.
2. Services Provided
The business provides massage and wellness services, which are carried out either at the business premises located at Chalkidikis 95, Ground Floor, Gazi, or at the customer's location as an in home service, following a scheduled appointment.
All services include a warm welcome, the option of a shower before and after the massage where applicable depending on the location of the service, and clean towels for the body, head and hands.
The exact description, duration and price of each service is listed on the Website or communicated at the time of booking. The business reserves the right to modify the list of services and prices without prior notice, with changes applying to new bookings.
3. Therapist Selection
At the business premises, there is no option to select a specific therapist. The therapist is assigned by the business based on availability.
The option to select a specific therapist is an exclusive privilege of members of the business, in accordance with the specific terms of the membership program, as communicated at the time of registration.
4. Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be booked by phone, by email or through the Website. When booking, the Customer must provide accurate contact details. The business reserves the right to request a deposit or full prepayment, particularly for in home services.
5. Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
For prepaid in home services, no refund will be given if the cancellation is made after the above 3 hour deadline.
In the case of a customer not showing up without a prior cancellation, the same no refund policy applies where prepayment has been made.
The business reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to force majeure, staff illness or other serious reasons, notifying the Customer as soon as possible.
6. In Home Services
For services provided at the customer's location, the Customer must ensure a safe, clean and suitable environment for the provision of the service.
The business reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the conditions are deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the therapist.
Any additional travel charge, where applicable, will be communicated to the Customer before the appointment is confirmed.
7. Health, Safety and Conduct
The services provided are purely massage and wellness services and do not replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
The Customer must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or other health circumstances that may affect the provision of the service.
The business reserves the right to refuse to provide a service in the event of inappropriate conduct by the Customer, without any obligation to refund in the event of discontinuation of service due to such conduct.
All hygiene and cleanliness rules are observed in accordance with applicable law.
8. Prices and Payment
Service prices are listed on the Website or communicated at the time of booking. Payment is made by the methods specified by the business, such as cash, card or other means, as applicable. Prices may include VAT in accordance with applicable law.
9. Membership Program
Membership status provides additional privileges, such as, indicatively, the option to select a therapist. The specific terms of participation, the benefits and any participation cost are communicated separately to interested customers.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, such as text, photographs, logos, trademarks and graphics, is the intellectual property of the business or of third parties who have granted the relevant license, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
